Molly & Maggie believe in Santa and got to meet
him in person...they're showing off their

It's Official...We're Catholic!

Pretty Little Miss Margaret

Good Golly Miss Molly

Maggie is ready...

Dont drop us Father!!

I am so fat... I mean happy...

Those are some good looking kids... if I do say so myself!

So if you couldnt guess...Baptism was Sunday (the official 1st day of winter) and it was (cold) a great day! The girls looked so beautiful in their dresses - but most importantly they received the Sacrament of Baptism and were officially welcomed into the Church. What a wonderful thought that they will be raised knowing God and all of His wonders. Molly & Maggie did such a good job and barely made a peep during the ceremony. We had people over for a little lunch afterwards - Jason made some delicious chili that I hear was really good - especially on such a cold day. Those attending to help celebrate the day were Grandma Debb & Papa Tom Finegan, Grandma Betty & Grandpa Dwayne Lewis, Jeff, Sheila, Mads & Liam Smith, Maggie's Godparents Jeff & Jen McChesney along with cousins Madeline & Anna McChesney, Molly's Godparents Julie McChesney Smith & Zach Smith, (cousin)Hannah Smith, and Fr. Bruck. We had such a nice day...even Truman enjoyed himself! We are SO BLESSED!

Baby It's (STILL) Cold Outside

This week we are staying put...until tomorrow when we have to go see Fr. Bruck to discuss baptism on Sunday...pray for good weather so everyone can make it! The girls are growing and get to meet their babysitter tonight... she is coming over here so the girlies dont have to go outside...I still need to Christmas shop but Jason (finally) brought the Christmas trees up last night... hope to get them decorated for the weekend...I am beginning to really understand what people mean when they say there are not enough hours in the day - at least I can nurse and blog at the sametime...thank God for laptops and wireless connections eh!
Saturday night we went out for dinner with Tiffani & JJ and had a great time. It was Molly & Maggies first time in a restaurant and they were ANGELS! Jason was still in South Dakota trying to get home through a blizzard, so he missed out...
All for now... how many days til Christmas...8! Holy Holly I am in trouble...

Baby Its Cold Outside

Well the weather outside is definitely frightful...but the girls are ready to weather the weather in their cute little puppy hats I found this weekend. We had a pretty relaxing time while Connor and Daddy hunted pheasants in South Dakota...they came home early - in fact really early - like 2:00 in the morning because of the blizzard that hit South Dakota.

Molly & Maggie are growing, sleeping really well at night and are getting ready for their Baptism next Sunday. This week they are going to meet their babysitter AND SANTA for the first time... to be continued!

Birth Announcements

After a little bit of a wait...okay it seemed like forever...I finally got to see the proofs of the girls that Amy took when they were only a few days old... I picked out the ones I wanted to use for the announcements and Amy got them back on Friday - so I am attempting to get them done this week... Good luck :o)
Aunt Sheila came and visited on Saturday with Mads and Liam - Jason Connor & Kaeden went deer hunting up by Harlan. Unfortunately, Connor shot at a doe but didnt hit it... maybe next time... they are off to South Dakota this next weekend to pheasant hunt... the girls and I will be staying in out of the cold...
The girls are 5 weeks old and are so perfect... I will try and keep this blog current with info and photos...look for your birth announcements in the mail... I dont know about Christmas cards this year...maybe New Years cards will work out better!
